This is more a plea for smucks like me who can't program, but would love to see emulators developed for MAME, SNES, and other game console formats that will work with WM6/WM6.5 and without a D pad or physical keyboard. I'm not sure if all the current emulators will work on a VGA or WVGA screen and I'm not sure if all of them map appropriately to keyboards. My old 8125 has finally broken in a place that forces me to purchase a new phone (mini USB port broke off) and while I have a stop gap measure to hold me over, I am looking at new phones (looks like AT&T will force me to get a data plan anyway...http://www.boygeniusreport.com/2009/08/21/att-to-require-smartphone-data-plans-starting-september-6th/). One of the things I will miss is a usable D pad that made navigation easy and worked well for my music player as well as my games.
I noticed that much of the emulators haven't been updated for WM for a couple of years. Here's hoping that programmers with a heart for nostalgia might hear this plea for some old games.
