htc touch P3450 charging problem connect charger but batter not charage mean charging not show any solution or charging ways

connect the phone to a usb port, check the charging process and the active sync/mass status.
if the phone charges, then the problem is probably the charger -> charge through usb/buy new charger.
if it doesnt charge but u have connection, you should try with a new battery -> buy a new battery.
if you dont get a connection and it doesnt charge, its probably the connector -> buy new phone/battery charger.

having a spare battery or another way to charge your battery will help to diagnose the problem too.
