Hi guys, I am trying to flash my HTC Diamond GSM version with Hard-SPL-Diamond-OliNex. When I click the Update buttone after running the RomUpdateUtility.exe everything seems to go as described in the install notes, my HTC Diamond screen turns grey, and at this description, my diamond seems to disconnect from the PC therefore not able to continue with the flashing after that. Is there something I am doing wrong? Thanks for any help!
