Htc not switch on

i have htc hermes and my room is 6.5 and it's working fine but last night i change other sim card and i try to switch on but not switch on and i think maybe battery is empty so i try to charge but all function is dead i mean not charging so i try with master charger and i try again to switch on but still same.???
Please help my to back my mobile work.

Do any of the LED lights turn on when you plug in the charger? (and if they do what colour is it?)
