rom upgrade failed!!!

hey, im new here and i know that there are some threads about this problem but they cant solve cus i run windows vista....

first of all yeah it failed and now i have a blank screen with the words: USB/SERIAL and v1.0 and i cant connect with activesync cus its XP only!! i cant connect my pc :( if you know a other proggram that can connect my pc please link me site :D

anyone who can solve this on vista please if i need things PLEASE post the site too

PLEASE HELP ME I GOT MY IMATE 1 day ago!! :(

btw i dont want upgrade aymore i just want the boot mode gone and ill never try to upgrade to wm6 agaiN!

no!! i see USB thats not the problem! but i cant see the imate on my pc! is there a special program for that orsomthing for opening if your in boot mode?

but i just want my imate as wm5 so i dont want to upgrade!

i have vista so i cant use activesync :(

and i see alot of GO USE task 28 55aa but i dont know what it is and where i can download it D:

For vista you have to use windows mobile device center
do a search for: how to flash in vista

if you see usb in the top then just try flashing another rom... ther's a thread in the wiki on how to upgrade/flash rom in vista... mostly you need to download a driver for vista depending the 32bit or 64 bit.... then you should be able to flash successfully....
