I just updated my G1s radio, spl, and updated to the Hero image Full V3. My only problem is that it seems to be way too slow. If I try to load the home screen it takes 10+ secs. Does the Hero mod just not run well on G1s or should I try installing a different version of the Hero image like Personal or TocuhFlo?
