Great!
Hope I have more memory available (TT7-Euro).
I also have the impression that the IE8 is much slower. Anybody else too?

If you want to downgrade to 1.20 it will work only when you start the update with EnterBootloader.exe and not with the key press.
Yes, that was it, thank you. But, by the way, something isn't like before I flash radio and SPL. And so on, WLAN will not even work :(. I give it up forever, my WLAN is defenitely dead.
nAr: I cannot flash your old beta 9.9.9. After flashing the Trin stops booting when the splash screen comes up. Flashed back to older radio -> nothing, flashed to Olipro1.30 -> nothing, but flashing to Lalles ROM (WM6.1) -> works.
Flashing to your newest version -> works. But I don't like this version, Fingerkeyboard is not available. Also when I install it. I can't choose Fingerkeyboard.

Would like to give a short impression on the current 9.9.9 version:
- bluetooth teaming with vw car system SIM Access
after several tries I can't say, what exactly goes wrong. the connection is established with the exchange of the "passphrase" and the htc disables its own connection to the provider, but the car system does not get the sim access, so htc down, car stays in passphrase exchange state, but no real phone connection is established.
- htc home and memory
I use TT7, too, and have insufficent memory if htc home plug and just another single program is running (e.g. explorer). So free memory could be more. For quick response I just use the old htc home plug (no manila, no chrome ...).
- openvpn and hang / active sync
to get a vpn connection working I use "openvpn for ppc". the installation and connection works perfectly. I can connect to intranet servers with IE. BUT, the first time I open Active Sync and want to sync with exchange, I always get a hang (have to reboot with stick). The active sync screen is displayed only to 80% ( the bottom is missing) and then the system hangs. Error occurs always. If I don't run active sync but any other programm (IE or PING etc.) all works perfectly.
Perhaps I can turn on any debug / log file for the openvpn errors?
Beside the above mentioned, I haven't reboot the device for two weeks and synced via usb every day several times without errors. Internet connection is working perfectly and the device is very responsive. No memory problems, running TT7 (just closing other running progs).
Best rom ever had on my device. THANKS a lot.

For BT, I missed some important thing in SYS. Now added and for example, BT files reception fixed. It might fix your BT issue as well. You'll try it @next release :)
Thanks for the comment. I'm digging into the VPN problem. For ActiveSync, I guess it's preferable to FIRST sync with your PC first time, THEN configure your device to work with Exchange. Sometimes the AS screen opens not totallly then closes, 2nd time it opens for sure :)
We are now working hand by hand with Ickebins to get the most out of trinity. The OEM is currently rebuilt from scratch. We cleaned the OEM folder a lot and got back some real EXT modules in EXT, real Autorun so now langages properly shown at 1st config, etc. Plus added the WM 6.1 driver,
and we try on the Memory remapped MSXIP, 23017 base, so no modules overlap in mapping.
Ickebins helped me a lot trying to figure out what's doing what in all those files. Now, I'm rather most on EXT modules to add some "friendly touch" UI to our Trin. But basics always pay ;)

Hi Narshorn,
i still can not wait for the next release. Your last release was very cool but i have sometimes not enough ram to play with some navi soft´s. I think i need abaut 22 MB free ram to use my fav navi soft.
The Design is cool, but i think the look of the new Builds 28002 etc. is much cleaner and i like it. I have tested some kitchen to build me a german rom from it. At sometime i had luck to cook the rom and it was running on my Trinity. But the Text was everytime to big for the screen.
I wait of your next release and hope of more free ram and the chome ;)

Hi narshorn, first of all thank you very much for this great 6.5 ROM.
I already tryied one of you older releases and was quite happy with it (the only problem was that I ran out of RAM from time to time.
Now I installed your latest release and figured out that my mobile can not download the weather data. I already tried different Locations but same problem for all.
The Problem Mesage is "Es stehen keine Wetterdaten zur Verfügung".
It seems as if the phone can not connect to the weather provider.
(My Internet connection is of course working).
Perhaps we have a typo in the german translation!?
Despite from this the ROM looks very well.
From my oppinion the old Clock in the HTC Touch Flow Home screen looked nicer and I found the other Keyboard better than the new one (but I will get used to this ones too.)
Would be great if you find a solution for the weather problem (or am I the only one with this problem?)
Thanks in advance
Benjamin

Hi Benbach,
i have tested the Weather Plugin and it works ... i can download the data and it will display correctly. I think it is a problem with your connection or so.
Test with newes Version from Narshorn.

PS: I work on a own kitchen with Build 23504 in German. And it is running good but i have some Text PopUps there is the Text Size to big ;( ... after restart i have 23 MB Free RAM... after 2h about 20 MB ... i will work more on it ...

Thanks.
Ickebins ( mostly) and me are re-working the all kitchen. Without Icke I wouldn't be able to figure out how to separate real OEM from updatable OEM. He did and still does a fantastic job on this. I now just follow, clean and update the EXT.
Soon we can release 2 new german test rOms, one with Chome, the other with M2D
We now use OEMXIP kernel rev.3.03
For now, date and time are lost at 1st boot, seems kernel dependant, however they are restored automatically when sync device for the first time :)
We'll out the rom with updated SYS too, 21854 or even 21874 maybe
We hope to be able to release for Christmas Day as a present :)
For the battery, yes WM 6.5 is more greedy, but also bear in mind that old hardware and battery stand less hours, especially if you use the device sporadically ;)
Thanks all for support

No, they are not newer but stable releases from cOm2 branch.
They are default WM 6.5 UI not newer test branch.
