I have a problem cause my younger cousin was entering a bad password into my touch dual, and now i have it locked (it shows in WM to enter password but when i click on unlock nothing happens). He entered bad about 50 times! And a quote from the user's manual: "Each time the wrong password is entered , the device response time gets longer until the device appears to be not responding.", but I don't want to hardreset it cause I have some contacs saved on it and i have no backup! I tried to backup it in bootloader mode but i don't know how to...
