[Problem - need help] Almost certainly unflashable diamond

Hi all,
First of all I must tell you that my baby has a broken vol down button (probably because of the internal flat connection). I used to flash it using the RUU from Windows mobile but now, after I changed the language value in the registry, the phone is stuck and never completes to load wm. The pc does not recognize it like if it was not connected at all. Is there any way to recover it ?

They just stole my blackstone and I can't afford to buy another htc before a few months, so any help is appriciated

I can't access the device anymore, it is stuck on windows mobile loading screen (customized by energy). The onlyway I could save it is finding a way to put it in bootloader mode but without using the volume down key (that is broken)

The only way to restore your Diamond is to repair the volume button !!!!!

It would solve the problem if there was anyway to do it without using the vol.down button.
