Brocken after flashing

Hi guys,

A couple of minutes ago I've flashed my HTC Wizard.
The flashing-module was at 98% when my Wizard shut down and rebooted.
No there is a Red-Green-Blue screen with:
IPL: 2.21
SPL: 2.21

Can somebody tell me how to fix this?
Please?
