Kaiser debrand advice please?

Hi,

I have an unlocked O2 (Ireland) XDA Stellar that I want to debrand. I have searched the forums and read various threads and the Kaiser Wiki and was unable to find an answer to my question :o

I'm assuming this O2 XDA Stellar is CID locked, as I get "Invalid Vendor ID ERROR [294]" while trying to run the "Kaiser_HTC_ASIA_HK_WWE_3.34.721.2" file. I read in the "superCID-tool" that the "SPL-3.29.0000" version is not supported for CID unlocking :(.

Sorry for asking, but I can't find the answer, but is there a possibility I can debrand this phone?

You say you have read everything including the wiki without finding an answer, yet the answer to your question is all over the wiki and this forum.

I will however lead you down the path. Yes your phone is locked to O2 rom.Look and follow here unlock your phone from O2

Once you are unlocked and hardspl'd , you can flash any provider or custom rom you want. Don't forget to upgrade your radio when you flash.
