Chinese phone repair

Hi,
please help me to repair my HTY T3232

It's not an original HTC but chinese clone.

It has JTAG points and I'm thinking to try to flash it directly.

The bootloader is definitely dead.

Please help me.

哥们把山寨touch 3g刷爆了吧。这个你刷之前没有仔细了解过这台机子的主板和硬件配置么？这台机子的平台是华为旗下海思k3 芯片组，你拿什么rom刷的啊！
hey,guy.you v broken the imitation of T3232 with the wrong rom .Did u look for the info of the hardware of the device before you flash the rom?the motherboad of this device is K3 chipset produced by HAISI ,the a subsidiary company of HUAWEI,which rom did u flash!

I used a right ROM.
I flashed two ROMs for this device, then started flashing a new one. and it failed.

After that I found on chinese forums that ROM bricked several more devices.

Please advice if there is anything I can do to repair this phone?

They dont repair such phones here in Ukraine.
