Stuck in tri colour screen

I tryed to update my rom

I Had previously installed a cooked rom and it worked fine, however this rom failed on install

My tri colour screen shows the following info

CHEE100
IPL-0.20

CHEE100
SPL-1.40.OliNex


Serial



Can anyone tell me what file i can put on my Mini sd card to recover this phone

Sorry, after re reading what i typed, i realized that it was probably a issue with the rom i had downloaded

So ive downloaded a new rom and this one installed fine
