extracted business card scanner from jap. wm-roms?

hope I am right here ... didnt find anything with search ...

is it possible to extract the japanese business card scanners from japanese wm-roms? I know at least on some of the japanese models there are scanners for japanese business cards included ...

I ask, bcz I didnt find any software in the net that supports scanning japanese ... only chinese ... but this is not so practical for me ...
