Gene SimLock Unlocking - Unlock Code -> its Free!

i have testet on Dpod d600 and Gene100

1- Unlock the protection of the Htc by running SDA_ApplicationUnlock.exe on your PC.
2- copy Cert_SPCS.cab to your device and install it
3- copy " bkondisk " into your device or your sd and install it
some files will be created
copy " BK_02_0005.img " in your pc
open the file with hex editor press ctrl+F and find your 4 first number imei,
Ex: 3548xxxxxxxxxxx find only 3548 then after find
The eight-character after your imei code is your Unlock code.




you can testing on:
Gene100 / HTC P3400 / HTC P3400i / HTC P3401 / Dopod D600 / Dopod D600

I tryied twice, but nothing done :(

My imei 3535(myimei)33010619(suposed code I've used)438(rest of the numbers)

I spent 2/5 attempts...I thought I could do it without pay anything, I'm just an unemployed young guy:)

After and hard-reset...
I start it again, step by step.

After all, I tryed to unlock with the code(you can see in the picture), but it doesn't work.

I spent 4/5 attempts...

SIM Locked means:
Your Device comes from a Network carrier who heavily subsidize the price of the device, but on a condition - Your device will only accept SIM of that particular Cellular provider. But that lock can be removed ;). The only person I know who does that is jockeyw2001 (but costs money).
SIM Unlocked means:
Your device is bought entirely from your own money :D. So you are free to use any SIM you feel like (GSM ofcourse).

In my case I've done a share with a client...but he got the invoice.

I need to take this, I won't try this alternative thread because I'm in 4/5 attempts...

You can't expect everything for free. At xda everything is free except the SIM unlock.
And it is only due to the generosity of the Developers that we are getting so many great stuff and info free.
