Mobile phone don't start

Hi

One Friend have this Artemis Mobile phone with WM5 but yesterday when he turn on the phone it don't start...

it make boot but when try start WM5 display stay white...

Is possible save contacts and other thinks how stay on ROM?

or start the phone without clean contacts?

PS:I have try make reset, and remove the battery but problem stay...
