Where do you get WM6.5?

Hi, I was surprised today as I found this forum (never heard about WM6.5, especially for (old) HTC Wizard). I'm curious about how do you get WM6.5? I don't think M$ give WM6.5 ROM for free. ;)
I think all WM6.5-Roms here are Beta-versions, right? If so... is there any restrictions? Or can I use WM6.5 on my device like if it's a "fullversion" (SMS, eMail, ActiveSync, Internet...)?

I don't want to start a debate about legal-rights, just as I said I'm curious about it.

Non of the wm 6.5 rom are official and there never will be an official. M$ official release of wm 6.5 will be in october. According to M$ the WM 6.5 is only a skin change of 6.1 and will be an lite version of windows mobile 7 for low end devices and WM 7 for high end. If you want WM 6.5 you can find one in the Windows 6 section under wizard but non official
