noob help, Where to get WM 6.5 Build 23409?

I'm not sure what I need to do to install WM 6.5 on my Kjam
Downloaded CRBuilder™ 2
Now I need WM 6.5 Build 23409? It’s the latest best version? Where can I download it?
Is there anything else I need?
Am I making any saneness?
