Qtek 9100 home flash ROM fatal error

today I buy one Qtek 9100 and try to flash ROM with new version on Windows mobile 6.1. If case problem is it device start screen show me Welcome screen and IPL, SPL, GSM and OS and this, do not continue to load OS and don't responde on click button ON/OFF. My quest is do you possible repair this my fatal error.

Can you please tell me exactly what you're seeing on the screen? Also, have you unlocked it yet?
