Proxy bypass

This may have been mentioned many times before, but for the life of me i cant find anything specific that actually worked.

I am on Vodafone Live! connection which goes through a proxy to connect me to the internet. Being that the case i cannot connect to WLM or any other chat program.

On various sites i saw about a program that creates rules on programs and it forces them to go through the proxy to reach the internet. the program is ProxyCap.

Does anyone know how to configure the program correctly so that i am able to log in to msn?

On a Windows XP machine that would be correct. I use the same proxy.pac file at work. But what im talking about is Winows Mobile.

I cant find any registry hacks where i could force the program to go through a certain IP and port...
