HELP! Almost dead wizard only red LED continuously lit

Red LED lits continuously. No other signs of life. Tested battery from my device with onother Wizard and all works good (battery is full). Tryed soft and hard reset, nothing.
Is there any other solution than buy a new device.

Is it any new message and missing call on it?or check the battery charging function ,is it working ?

Hi, I've the same problem on my Kaiser. Yesterday evening I put it charging and this morning phone is dead, only red LED while phone is on the charger.
