Audio Manager won't play

Okay so I have touch flo on my phone and when I try to play any music from the audio manager, it plays like fifteen seconds of it and then refuses to play anymore.. Any thoughts on how to get it working?

this has been discussed many times in several threads here.

in most cases, the problem is a "bad" mp3 file. some decoders are resilient to corruptions in mp3 files while others are more sensitive and tend to puke out with the worst files.

now why would it continue to play for a few seconds and then crap out eventually? because the htc audio manager catalogs your files in the background and it is this background process that causes audio manager to crash when it encounters the corrupt file(s).

the solution is to dump all your music files to your desktop/laptop. and then copy back a few files at a time until you find the file(s) that cause the issue. then simply leave out those files from your storage card and you'll be good to go. a good approach might be to go folder by folder (or album by album cuz thats the way i have my collection set up :D)
