(Question) Ready Boost for flash cards

Hi i have downloaded windows 7 rc and there you have a nice option to use your usb stick for gaining extra RAM for boosting up your system

My question is is it possible to take an amount of an sd card like 8gb , like 1gb of it for giving this space for the device for using as RAM?
At my opinion flash cards are fast enough to do this job

But i dont know how that works exactly how can i find the boot.rgu file and what is a XIP?
i dont know anything about programation what i have to do exactly?

Does it exist an tutorial for this?
