Info: Smart Phone Tracker is a GPS Location app, that will let you secretly track down your device via GPS, if it has been lost or stolen. Source info for this app can be found here: http://smartphonetracker.blogspot.com
The idea is that, you will still be able to track down your device via GPS, even after whoever has your device decides to perform a hard reset.
Step 1. Download the OEM and unzip it.
Step 2. Locate the “RGU” File and open it with note pad, then follow instruction on Fig1

Step 3. (you have to preform this step only if you changed the "Pin" Value in Fig1
Fig2 (settings.config which also can be opened with note pad):
