help dopod M700 run only to DOS!

I have a dopod M700. it don't run into WIN (WM2005) when turn on or soft reset! i try hardreset (2-3 times) then it show "OK" but it not accept into WIN! it only run to DOS with parameter:

IPL 1.29.001
SPL 1.29.000
GSM 02.69.90
OS 1.29.00

i try run in BOOTLOADER is OK! now, i don't do anything ( uprom or somethings)

i download 1 ROM form HTC.COM: RUU_Artemis_DOPODASIA_WWE_LOVE_1.28.717.1_INFINEON gsm4.1.13.30_02.69.90_Cmp_Ship_R! but i see my mobile is 1.29 then i don't uprom! :confused:

Please! tell me "what do i do now?"

and :"how to unlock CID when mobile in BOOTLOADER mode? (NO ACTIVESYNC)

you should go to artemis upgrading and then ask again, and just a little tip: try and write a new text, use google translate and write in your native language underneath, maybe you are lucky and someone who speaks your language can answer you. good luck
