HELP: Upgrade ROM code error

Hello,

I searched around and can't find a solution hope someone can help. I was flashing the radio via the internal storage method when at the end of the flash it said FAIL and now it only will reboot into bootloader and displays the message "Upgrade ROM code error Please try again". I can't do anything i tried a hard reset with no help. Is there something i can do to access the internal storage and reflash?

I have HARD-SPL 1.40 DEV installed and i am not sim or security unlocked. Thats what i was trying to do at the time.

Do you have secure unlocked your HTC if you flash with another radio as it isn't intended to HTC or a stock radio?
If stock radio so try to flash again with CustomRUU with your HTC in bootloader mode
