Hello,

I have here an on Himalaya Phone (QTek, Vodaphone Germany branded)

any option to update/upgrade firmware to sth. new :-)

ROM-Version 1.66.01GER
Radio 1.10.00
Protokoll 1337.18
ExtRom 1.66.221

I never upgraded a PocketPC, but I'm not a newbie to computers....

sure you can get 2003se. wm5, wm6, wm6.1 and wm6.5
the description in the readme in the rom packets include all the
info anybody could give

Also, this is very secure process, it is very low danger that you can brick your phone upgrading rom, but you must be very careful while updating Radio. Radio update takes 2~3 minutes, and it is as automatic as rom upgrade.
