A personal note: I am using a Bell Canada Treo Pro, and the Hard-SPL update worked flawlessly.

The only issues I had were:

I had to install http://hpcmonex.net/roms/enablerapinew.cab in order for the updater to be able to restart and detect my phone.
During the "Verifying the information..." screen, I had to unplug my phone and plug it back in.

CFAY_Treo_Pro_WM6.5_21234 Installed for me successfully, no configuring for Bell necessary. Go get your upgrades kids!

Can you please upload that of GSM in here so that we can download. I'd also like to know if you can send me link to download Spanish ROM

There is no GSM version yet, It is coming. Keep checking here or the PPCGeeks forums http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/forumdisplay.php?f=102 for more updates.

I'm sorry, this HardSPL is available only for CDMA at this point in time(09/15/09). Custom ROMs are in their beginning stages.

Probally GSM as I am from Europe :(

If you use a SIM card, you have a GSM phone. :)

Not really, most CDMA phones in Asia also use SIM cards.

Works Great!!! i used the hard-spl and flash wm 6.5 but returned to wm 6.1 but iusacell, my treo pro it's sprint but, now can flash for spanish!!!

anyone know how to disable key guard or lock in wm 6.5 (NOT WM 6.5.1) ?

Hi thanks for the post, do you think any one could repost the files (HARD-SPL) please.
I\ve tried downloading from ppcgeeks but they say my account is not verified but it didn\t let me verify it, the if i creatre another account they banned me because I used multiple accounts. so i dont know what else to do, thanks.
