guide me to upgrade to 6.5

Hi All...

how to upgrade to Windows 6.5?
I have successfully done HardSPL for my diamond.

i download 6.5 and copy DIAMIMG.nhb to internal storage.
i reset by pressing "Volume Down + Power button" and i see Three colors on screen.

after that, nothing happen.
how should i upgrade to 6.5?

U need to press volume down + BACK button , then reset
