SW&HW version can not be seen

For a few days I'm trying to unlock my Treo 750. I tried cheetah unlocker and athena unlocker. Now I can upgrade to WM6, downgrade to WM5 but the software version did not change (1.12VFF) and sim is still locked. Then I flashed radio rom to 1.50. After all tries, in the about screen now I can only see several square boxes instead of software version, hardware version and serial number.

Then I tried hard reset and nothing changed. How can I solve this problem. Any help will be appreciated.
