WiFI wont turn on

Can anyone help me with this problem am having the WIFI on my prophet wont turn on it says off but I feel as if its on since the phone gets really HOT and battry drains fast the only way to turn it of is to remove the battery and put the phone back in meaning that WIFI is on but the phone see it as off I tryed putting it on but the wait cusor just stays there and nothing happeneds I know its not a software problem since I hard reseted my Device and the problem remains everything else works good except wifi can anyone help? if not al be looking online for some guides to open my prophet to fix

So no one can help? am I the only one that cant enable WIFI from the commanager?

well flash another rom, check you have the lastest radio and spl/ipls, and oh in the first place hope you didnt put sdhc patch or stuff because most of them kill wi-fi function.

Hey thanks alot but I got the problem fixed a guy told me to try removing my battry for some time to leave it until it feels cool well I did that and it started back working again thanks for your help :)

Its giving the same problem again :( and yes i flashed lots of roms even updated my radio rom but still it wont turn on and my device gets hot and I have to remove my battry and put it back in so it stays cool can you help anyone?
