have just claimed on my insurance to replace my 02 ignito, apparently 02 no longer stock ignito so they sent me a blackberry bold OMG what a crock of **** so i played holly hell GOT NO WHERE then tried again nicely and they replaced the brownberry with an 02 xda guide ( htc iolite ) this so far is ok but still its not mi diamond. cant understand why they said touch diamond 2 would be an upgrade so i wasn't allowed that, to me seems a phone that is brought out as a sequal is surely an update not an upgrade so anyhow now i'm stuck with an xda guide which to me will and always be the diamonds country cousin I MISS MI DIAMOND and all you lot. so just to round up thanks guys and girls i have learnt so much from a lot of you making my diamond the DOGS DANGLY BITS and a phone i will always remember
