Where are the config files for Wisbar Advance Desktop

I'm trying to find the config files that list where all the item are and where they're placed so I can port my portrait setup to landscape without having to arrange everything by hand. Is this possible? I assume it's just a text config file somewhere that says what the links are, what imgs are used and where they're located on the screen.
