HELP!!!

ok, i have problems and as a very noob i supose this is the best place to get help.
i've tried to upgrade my Qtek S200 with ROMUpdateUtility_NV_G4.exe .i made exactly the steps was written ther. after the procces was complet... my phone don't want to start anymore. is just showing the screen with the O2 after that the one in 3 colurs where you can see IPL 2.20.0001 and one down SPL 2.15.0001
... and that is!

any idea what i can do next?

try to do the steps from the recovery, but no way to go to the bootloader mode. pressing the comm and the rest will not do nothing except the return to the 3 colurs screen :(
i've maneged to do the hard reset.pushed the green button. "formated"...but then restarting and everything the same.
except now the o2 screen is flashing up like 1 second, then the three coulours one and again , over and over
