Hello,
On my XDA Terra, there are some keys not working properly. For example, "b", "n" and "y" have to be pushed quite hard that the letters appear when writing.
I tried to open the XDA following the instructions from http://www.wonderhowto.com/how-to/video/how-to-dismantle-the-htc-p4350-herald-mobile-phone-248810/ but I don't get the housing removed.
Do you have any hints how to remove the housing. Or do you have tips how to repair these partially functionable keys?
