Dial Lock?

not sure what to try and search for I googled "dial lock", "dial pin","call lock", "call pin" and a couple of others...

does anyone know any program or method to have windows mobile requestion a pin or some form of authentication in order to call out.... I'm on a prepaid phone and I hate toying with it then accidentally dialing people:P....
