RAM consuming in Titanium ROM "A" (WM6.5) is about 43-44% (62-65MB free RAM). In "B" versions (WM6.5.1) may be a little bit higher as a fact that WM6.5.1 consumes more RAM.
ROM is VERY fast and VERY stable
Remember to make Hard Reset!
Remember to make a backup only of PIM. Restoring registry entries or other stuff may make the system unstable and be cause of more RAM consuming!

1. To enable HTC Dialer please go to Advanced Configuration Tool and enable "Phone skin" in Phone settings.

For the moment my ROM's are only PL. Right now I'm preparing the WWE versions.

I'm going to make my ROM's on new build soon. I just wanted to make a fast and stable ROM for people using old style. 23017 is the last build with the start menu on the uppon bar.

I will make it all clear in the download section. ROM's with [PLK] at the begging will be Polish and with [WWE] English.

i´didn´t checked the language and flashed 6.6 pl, and for first look it was incredibly fast a there was really great ram usage (really don´t remember when i´ve last had 64mb ram free :D however i can speak just czech, english and german so waiting for WWE release of new builds ;)

For the moment ROM's are not o the server. I will update the link when I upload the ROM's.

And now... Black Edition 1 and 2 are the same ROM. In the folder "Addons" in ROM you will have possibility to change the theme using specific .cab.

There is no memory leak at all :) If you use Rilphone for Radio 1.15.25.14 (I will attach it on the first post) then it will make battery life longer. I can't tell you how long you wouldn't have to charge your phone because it's up to you and the way you use your phone but I think 48h of normal using is possible.

You have to install the radio which I recommended to have effect. As far as I know my ROM + my recommended RADIO + my recommended rilphone gives very good results.

Manila WWE version is very responsive. It's like using a phone again lol.

I'll keep testing, only problem found so far is the "All Settings" link in the settings tab of Manila opens connections rather than all settings. Minor point.

Would love to see touchflo3d 2.1 on this rom.

Could you specify if it is the light-version or still a full-version?

I seriously prefer light and install cabs manual which I want/need; you rom is a great start for this with a lot of MS-nonsens taken out! My compliments!

If you want Titanium then you have to wait few more minutes because I'm finishing uploading last ROM - Windows Revolution Clean Edition which has Titanium but all extra software from first post is out.

If you don't want Titanium then you can install Windows Revolution UltraClean which is already available for download.

Downloaded and installed Revolution Ultraclean ver 1.5, no issues at all, even tho I had OliNex Hard SPL instead of MTTY. First impressions are good, I'm on AT&T and sound quality of the phone seems to be better (I actually use this as a phone and not just for data! lol). This ROM solved a couple of problems that my last ROM (Win 6.1 w/TF3D, ver 1.93) had from the phone side (#1 problem was picking up a second call while already on a call, and the previous wouldn't allow me to forward to another number. Ack!)

One question, as an old skool user, I input using graffiti with the stylus. It appears that option was stripped out, right (I don't blame you as that would be bloatware for most users)? Anyone know where I might find that so I can add it back in? I tried search and didn't get any results.

I'll report more on the ROM tomorrow after I can really pound on it, but so far, its *very* good, imo.

There is cab in folder "Addons" which allows you to switch between Full QWERTY, compact QWERTY and phone keypad.

Okay a few hours and the manila WWE is very very good. I think I have a problem with audio skipping during playback but HTC have a fix (http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=177396&d=1239996422) for that which I'll try. Link (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=505928) to original thread where I found this fix.

If you installed non-clean version then those 2 applications should be in "Software" folder.

Battery fix should make your battery life longer
Headset on - f.g. when using audiobooster or FM Radio you don't have to plug in headset

I tried also this rom and thank you for the work.

Almost everything, from what I use, is working ok with the exception of the emails which has strange behaviour. When the mobile is sleeping then does not receive emails, even is adjusted to connect every 30 minutes, while when is on/charging and is receiving emails then the outlook is opening in front of the running program.

How I can make it for the email to work always in the background without opening each time of receiving emails??

Hard to say. As far as I know the connection is always terminated when the device is in the sleeping mode. When I'm running Opera and I put the device into sleeping mode then it doesn't receive any data also. Try to use some program to keep the connection open while sleeping mode. You can also look into ACT or DT if there is any possibility to keep the connection open.

I haven't try Ultra Clean but in Black Edition - there is many things that I have never used so could you make a clean / lite rom version which doesn't include any addons / software ?

Clean versions of my ROM doesn't include any software. In "Addons" folder there are just cab patches which you can easily delete.

Black Edition 1 and Black Editon 2 are just themes included in Manila ROM. It doesn't matter if you want Black Edition 1 or 2 - you have to download my ROM based on Manila (Normal or UtraClean) and then you can swich beetween those themes. It's the same with my Titanium based ROM's.

1. Does this ROM has video calling enabled, do do I hav to install the HTC dialer?

1. HTC Dialer is in the ROM you just have to enable it in Advanced Configuration Tool (Folder "Software") and you will have video calling
2. I don't really undarstand the question :p

My HTC Dialer is 3.50 (Tachi dialer doesn't support video calling) and there is very common scrolling problem in this HTC Dialer so don't be surprise ;)

Installed Ultr-Clean-Ediotion 1.5 ( no manilla or whatever ), SPB Mobile Shell 3.1 ( because I get so much used on it ), TomTom7, Opera 9.5, Quick_GPS.

Radio for this moment v1.13.25.24 ( because I did not find a link yet to your advised radio, Rillphone saved already for flash ).

Impressions, very very good!!!! Fast light Rom, that does what I want from my TD.

*Very good battery-performance if the device is standby ( other roms were eating the battery even in standby ).
*Normal 55-57% use in taskbar after all programs have been used and closed ( in other roms also without TF3D etc. 78% was also normal ), so very good light Rom that makes my TD very responsive.
*Just 1 time a compleet going down WM6.5; After use the phone intensive al day( navigation, messenger, Quick-GPS, Opera, IE, Mail etc ) I started using Opera a normal light webpage ( NOS-mobile ) the screen got dark and nothing else was possible than a soft-reset. After I did the soft reset I saw that the battery was show 20% left instead of the 39% a few seconds before when I started browsing. Perhaps a voltage-drop-down was the reason or perhaps something else.
*I saw vibration was possible on the keyboard? ( how do I enable it, disabled by default or not in the Ultra-Clean Rom?)

I will flash 1 of these days RadioRom that you advised and will report if ther are any differences.

After all I can say that I am not a flash-junkie, but like to try some roms. Normally I first looked for the big names, AZTOR, Energy, BEPE, etc......
So a big surprise for me was your ROM, new name for me but seriously the most responsive ROM6.5 until now! My compliments!

(PS: I learned some Polisch :D , when setting up the device after flashing it shows in Polish it is customising, was a long time ago I was in Poznan but I remember in those days I was understand less from Polish than in your customisation!)

To enable vibration you have to tap on the keyboard and go to the touch input options. Then you will see a list of various options and one of them is vibration :)

Yes the customization is in Polish because I translated all exe file instead of making polish mui file so now I would have to translate it back and make mui...too much work for me now :p Now I'm concentrated on TF3D 2.1 because my ROM has (as you mentioned) low RAM usage so I think I will update Manila to newer version soon :)

Updated Radio to the advised one incl. Rillphone. It seems that under same conditions ( signal strength & HSDPA ) Opera is getting a page faster, also Quick-GPS downloads fast.
I use T-mobile and sometimes their connections are also bad, so maybe too early for an conclusion!

And...after a long period of trying different ROMS changed my signature! Shaks 4.30 was my last Rom that I used for a longer time, it was quit stable for daily use but still too much load for the Diamond.

This is seriously the best after a long time ( and I am not the one who writes this often, read my posts and you will see this is the first time I say this! ).

Will give feedback after the weekend when I have been testing more with the new radio.

Vibration is working now; thnx for your answer and ROM! :D

BTW I had to add Tachi Dialer and enable it to have all TF3D2.1 working correctly. Favorite people tab doesn't seems to work without it. So now the RAM usage jumped to 60% - but I think it's still good result. Anyway I'm wondering what's better - to have video calling and more RAM or to have favorite people TAB, no video calling and more RAM usage? I don't know... :o

MTTY (in simply explanation) is a way to clear all your memory and install ROM like it's your first ROM on the device. F.G. if you have ROM that has 90MB and then you install ROM 80MB without MTTY then this 10MB stays in memory and might be reason of some problems. That's why it's better to use MTTY.

With the radio it's always different. Mostly it's up to you and how do you use your phone. For me - the recommended radio with rilphone gives the best results - strength signal and long battery life.

One minor bug from using the UltraClean 6.6 version for a couple of days... the labels in the new txt menu are swapped for SMS and MMS.

Overall, I like it. I still want to find a graffiti/block stylus input app and I am going to try updating the radio from 1.00.25.08 to the something newer to see if I can get better battery life, but overall, its been a solid, troublefree ROM.

Here i am. I do it via activesync: now ok.

In my opinion u must replace the standard crap alarm app ^_^ (even if we can use Galarm) and add a black theme, cause it is a must (or can i use black theme 1 in ADDONS as titanium skin?)

PS.: seems a WM6.5 issue... but make a way to put the device screen off when locked (without the suspend active)
so we can lock it and unlock witout pressing power button 2 many times every day!

PS2.: its possible in other way pump gps precision? using gps software i have near 50 mt lag... any hint? :)

That's right. In word you have to scroll with scrollbar. Moving finger on the text works as selecting the text.

Tested the ROM ultra_light for some days now and as I mentioned the best untill now!

There is just 1 strange thing what I did not notice until now because I did not configure my outlook untill now.

*I configured outlook to pick up my mail every 1 hour, this works fine but:

*when I push the power-button of the phone after not using it for more than an Hour outlook is always open ( because it was check for mail in the meanwhile )

In previous roms II just saw the homescreen and there on that there is a new message. Not big deal to me but just wondered if someone else got same and solved it?

Another little thing is that outlook always starts in the map ' outlook ' and that is empty, in other builds it always started in the last used map ( message inbox for the configured acount ). Also no big deal but just wondered if anyone else had the same and solved it?

It's almost finished but I'm still fighting with the random TF3D2.1 reset in some situations (like adding weather localization). TF3D2.1 thread is not supported any more by the author of port so it takes me some time to figure it out. But with TF3D2.1 RAM usage is about 57-60% so I thing pretty good.

I tested you 6.6 ROM /w Titanium for a few days. And it works. It's fast, has VERY low RAM usage and just gives you an idea of what it will be like to use a WM6.5 phone.

The only thing is that I don't think development for 6.5 has been finished by microsoft yet. So there's a few pretty annoying details about 6.5 which probably don't have anything to do with you particular ROM. I thought I might state what made me change back to AZTOR X3 anyway:

1. The library for music / media files is just crap. "Re-reading" your library takes a minute at least if you've got about 4 gigs of music on your device - other media players do it in background all by themselves. The library menus are not too good either. They are just not very finger friendly. MS better invest some more work time into these features.

2. No weather-"tab" in freshly installed ROM. Just annoying + I was too lazy to find a directly accessible weather tab for 6.5. Might btw. just as well be that I was simply too dumb to find it after all...

3. User comfort for the pictures library is not too good either for reasons comparable to the media-thing.

4. The media player itself. Oh my, the media player. Dear god no, please don't torture me with this unholy media player anymore. Playing from start screen works. But as soon as you do anything with your bluetooth-stereo-headset, it will just switch into full windows media player mode. No more titanium at your fingertips, just the good ol' WMP-mess. I definitely hope MS will solve that too because the media player as such is just so unwieldy.

So that's pretty much my 2 cents regarding WM 6.5. Your ROM is still a breeze though if you _like_ the new WM. Which I do. Except for the details mentioned above.

I think I'm going to try the Manila versions in the next couple of days but then again when using Manila 2.1 anyway I might just as well stick with my AZTOR X3 which comes in German, too.

I almost desperately hope that MS will work on my 6.5-problems because then I will actually consider using your ROM for everyday use. Because it's just so darn fast and finally stops my Diamond from being a pocket oven due to high load.

Actually I'm deeply in love with MortPlayer. But HTC seems to have hijacked the avrcp-controlling-protocol so you can't give any orders to mortplayer by BT-Headset. That's too bad and probably applies to Coreplayer just as well.

Fantastic ROM. Currently using the Titanium edition. Speedy, low RAM usage and several other things make this one of the best yet. The start menu is a tad messy compared to a lot of other chefs ROMS, but this one beats most competition when it comes to stability and daily use. Thumbs up!

i'm using your rom and no problem atm.
GPS precision is average 8 m, but real map navigation suffer a 50mt lag (tested in all roms :()

I come back to know if we can put the device in lock mode without supend it but with a blanck screen. Sorry if i say this again but its important. U know, the 1rst damaged part in a diamond is the power button and we need find in WM65 a way to preserve it. In WM61 was enought disable suspend in power management and lock the screen. To power up the device is enouth press a key and unlock it. I try a few programs but seem a WM65 issue. Any hint for me (and for all the diamond users) ?

ps.: i know that probably i'm a noob but pardon me :D

All of them does. You just have to turn off Titanium in Settings.

How is the GPS reception with this ROM? I'm having problems at this moment with my GPS using EnergyRom (switches on and off), apart from having RAM issues with iGo8 (old news). Or can this have something to do with the radio, or is it completely unrelated?

I think that strength of GPS is depended on RADIO but not switches on and off. I recommend you trying one of my available versions so you will know if it's worth waiting ;)

I think that strength of GPS is depended on RADIO but not switches on and off. I recommend you trying one of my available versions so you will know if it's worth waiting ;)

Well... generally the ROM's which I'm going to release now are my last ones. I've been cooking for polish community since half a year already and I'm a little bit tired of it ;) I'm buying HTC Magic now :)

But... I have good and tested kitchen so If you can deliver to me German MUI files then I think there is no problem to change the language and cook the ROM.

Well... SYS MUI is not hard to get. I can have it from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=544445 but I don't know if the MUI for 23016/23017 is still available. Then you will have to find some German kitchen or German packages and there you will find mui files. Also MUI for OEM is necessary. I don't know German as well as I know English so it might be more difficult for me but I promise to take a look closer on this when have some time.

which custom hardspl are you using try 1.93 or 1.37 by olinex, than try flashing a radio like 1.15.25.14 plus rilphone ,Raph_1.14.25.35_rilphone pairs well!

There's cabs for Opera 9.5 or 9.7 beta out there, you can actually download them directly from the opera web site - so there you go, you have your opera back!

I love your ROM! It is really fast and uses almost no memory :cool:

But (there is always a but), yesterday after installing it, I couldn't recieve any text messages. I then reran the connection wizard. After that I could recieve messages. Only the ones I did not recieve before are still not here. Any idea why? I mean, in case the provider was unable to reach me at first, they would have sent them later with the ones I did get right? But that was not the case. Maybe you could have a look at it for the next version. I'd like to trust that I have got every message that was sent to me and now I doubt it...

Do you change settings or remove completely support for VPN IPSec connectivity ?
I've tested your manilla rom and when i try to connect to my vpn server (IPSEC) i see that my phone tries to connect using only PPTP protocol (to port TCP:1723) and there's no option to change VPN connection type (to IPSEC w L2TP using port UDP:500).

I think that IPSEC feature may be critical for business users of Diamonds (for me it is!).

After using the Clean TF3D ROM with enabled HTC phone canvas for about 5 days, this is what I like and missed about this Great ROM....

I love this ROM because,

1. Very fast.
2. Relatively very stable... Very few times I had to reset my device.
3. I love that it contains HTC phone canvas, because I make about 20min of video calls every day and I cannot live without it.
4. Nice skinning and nice theme except in some places.
5. Very good memory on startup and very less memory leak....

This is what I suggest in the next version... I dont like to call them bugs though...

1. Some links are missed in menu though they are actually present in the ROM (Eg. Field test, Help, Some Game which I cannot remember 'cos I created the link)
2. No camera orientation change with rotation of phone. May be this is because of the NEW sensorSDk (V.4). Moving back to V.3 might work but it will make us loose the native rotation in G-Config. But still a 3rd party soft can be used like change screen.
3. Missing UC. I think this is much needed in light ROMs because you dont have to waste time installing CABs and the settings can be easily done with it...
4. Missing the BioTouch Scrool which works in most apps which WM6.5 native scrol is not... (Eg. WORD, Pocket Artist and specially in Skyscape medical books which I use a lot...) Still the cheff cant help on this... its a WM6.5 problem
5. The well known HTC Dialer overlaping contacts problem...
6. I personally prefer a better calculator skin. SPB skin or the calcutator from newer devices may do.
7. Dialer canvas white is black here, but I personally prefer how HTC have done it in white.
and also I have mentioned the bug with call screen and the cheff gave a fast solution. Thank you again.
8. Some problems Jbed permisions... I cannot set to always allow network connection for JAVA (opera mini), that option was available in other WM6.5 versions. I cannot think of where the problem is....
9. It's better to exclude HTC Album in the Ultra Clean version, Because now we have the new Resco Photo viewer...
10. Internet tab not working... May be it is Hard coded with Opera Mobile only.
11. Its better to tweak to skip initial Screen caliberation, time settings and customizations at start.
12. It's better to include the recomended Rilphone in ROM.

14. Sometimes there are some lags in screen responsiveness after closing some tasks...etc...

Thank you. I personally don't use the landscape mode. I feel comfortable in holding my device in portrait mode. Also typing seems easier to me in that way.

im using your ultra clean rom with spb mobile shell 3.5. and its amazing. but i have a problem with my bluetooth connection to the headset. everytime i finish a call using bluetooth its not resuming my music playback and disconnects the headset. anything we can do about it?

Yes, you have to download the file attached at first post and replace it in Windows catalog.

Hi. I istalled that ROM yesterday. It's very very fast.

But i've found a problem/question: when i shut down and restart my diamond the battery goes up and down... for example: this morning i had 88% of charge... arrived at work, 10minutes of car, battery shows 56%.
I soft reset my phone and battery shows 28%... re-SR my phone and again 55%.

HELP me...

ps: i've followed the hardspl guide perfectly for that flashing!

I think he means titanium items on main screen. If using opera, the favourites don't work, some other items like weather are nice to have, etc.

Also, i noticed quickgps was available in the rom already, but it's missing a shortcut. So no need to install quickgps, just look for it in phone memory and manually execute it, or wait 7 days for the thing to automatically tell you it's outdated.

Thank you very much for this ROM. I have tried many, many ROMs (sure about 25 or more, when I count different Versions in), I liked some of other ROMs, but I had almost everytime problems with free RAM, when I started iGO, or the ROM did not look nice and cool, did not have so much in it. Your ROM has almost everything, uses about 53% RAM, iGO and other apps starts flawlessly. I flashed yesterday and till today I have no problems at all. I can recommend the 1.15 Radio with this ROM, the battery lasts longer and the signal gain for everything is better (GPS too).

My Internet Tab works. No Problem. Maybe you have a flash problem. I had some too with other ROMs. You shold flash the standard HTC ROM sometimes (with OS, Bootloader, etc. - all in one) and then the custom ROM. This should help you too (it helped me a few times).

My Internet Tab works. No Problem. Maybe you have a flash problem. I had some too with other ROMs. You shold flash the standard HTC ROM sometimes (with OS, Bootloader, etc. - all in one) and then the custom ROM. This should help you too (it helped me a few times).
