welcome to the forum.
this memory management is part of wm2003 and not present in any OS beyond that, because they don't use the ram as storage space anymore. maybe you want to have a look into the blueangel wm6 section and into the newer builds released there, maybe you'd want to kiss wm2003 goodbye after all, that would solve that problem and many more you maybe didn't even know you had ;)

like for instance that hardly any 3rd party software supports wm2003 and many new features are possible with windows mobile 6.5.

another thing is, look at my post, i just adviced you on how to bypass your issue, not solve it. you will face that all the time with wm2003, it is just not supported anymore, because we all have the possibility to run the new OS, so why bother with the old one. it is like windows 7 coming out and every one is thinking about that and you ask about windows 3.11 ;)

maybe this didn't help you much, but you should have a look, whether windows mobile 6.5 is an option for you and then re-post and i can guide you on how to get there. it might seem complicated in the first place, but it is definetely worth the effort
