Samsung Blackjack signal?

Hello, I have a Samsung blackjack that I had lying around.
I remember I upgraded it from wm5 to wm6 and it stopped getting signal.
Can anyone help please?
And also, when I try flashing it to WM6 again, it get stuck at Phase 3.
Windows 7 64 bit if that helps.
