??wm 5 with touchflo scrolling like wm 6.5??

Is there any way to put touchflo on wm 5 and have scrolling like in wm 6.5??? Don't say to flash 6.5, it wont help, i just need to know is there some ROM with this capability!!! tnx for answer!!! :):):):)
