How to improv graphic interface in wizard200 [Archive]

i like to improve graphic interface , i installed themes but only changes colpur of taskbars and backround image ...any one here

any idea ..
how can i make 3d buttons and 3d taskbar /
......

how can i make hd look on wizad?ist possible?i installed themes but not working in full
