[REQ] Need some alarm-program

I need some alarm program like G-alarm but need to be free... Or if anyone know how to set mp3 tone from internal storage for alarm tone??

I Dished out those small 5 Smackeroos for G-Alarm, it has saved me from being late tom work because of hanging around here to much.

I recommend quickalarm, which i've been using for quite some time. i have it but my version is not in english. I'm sure u can find it with google.
