:mad: my htc's power button not working... so is there any software which can do the same work as power button do... or any software which can replace the power button feature with another button.... plz... help... :mad:

If you know that ur power button is gone... then u can map ur camera button to Slide2Shutdown (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=554177)

that's gud, bt how to switch on it again whithout pressing power button...

Go to start -> Settings -> Key Lock -> Do Not lock buttons.

and then pressing either of call, end or camera button will make ur device on again

hey! it works fyn when i use it within 1 min, it switches on my fone, bt when i use it after 1 min... it doesn't do nething... plzzz help me...

Not sure mate what is messing up... i tried same in my device and works perfectly... I also changed my power settings to turn off my device after 1 min of inactivity but still camera/call/end call buttons all are working normally.
if nothings helping i have created one app which turns device on or off. But it is not a cab( made it in offc ;) ) so u need to copy it and create a shortcut in ur programs. and then link the camera button to it.
If still not working... remove the app and take the phone for soem servicing ;)
