Hi, a few months ago I posted this exact same question, but I didn't get any answers that worked, so I figured it couldn't hurt to try again.

Problem: When I insert a chip it gets stuck at the screen to type the code, "You have tried 8 times. Please wait for retry", and believe you me when I say that trying to wait for days on end was the first thing I tried.
Failed solutions I've tried:
- Hard reseting
- Changing to a different ROM
- Changing chips
- Waiting
Anybody have any other solution, please, I'm all ears, or in this case, eyes.
