Windows Mobile 6.1 contacts touch scrolling

can anyone help me to find how to enable contacts touch scrolling for Windows 6.1 like the same experince in 6.5 and Iphone?

You can use resco contact manager v2.0. it also includes for SMS and gives u much more.:o

I upgraded to a great Version of 6,5 for Trinity and i have the great features now but missing to have the list of photo contacts I used to have before :)
