Backlight problem while cooking!!

Hey Guys!!
Im having a backlight problem when i cook, the problem is i cant change the backlight level :( even when i change it the backlight remains the same, can i know which DLL/EXE is it concerned with??

I know about: HTCUtil.dll, Powerexe.exe

tell me about more so i can try by replacing them :) thnx!!

Hi,

ive had the same problem, but it was whole the time.
Ive called my provider and sended them my phone, and they give me a whole new one,
becauze the other one has some elektric failure inside

mine isnt an electric failure :o its some DLL or something in my OEMs i jsut want to knw wht :(

The version of HTCUTIL used in my kitchen automaticaly adjusts the backlight based on the light sensor, you should just need to untick this option which gives you access to the sliders.

yeah but even after unticking it doesnt work :(
