boot load problem please help

guys i have a polaris HTC origibal rom,
i left the mobile for an hour and it was working perfectly (wasnt doing or installing anything). when i came back to use it, i found it on the boot laod screen and wont respond to anything (reset or shut down)

im getting this three horizental colors red green blue and white and it says POLA100 SPL-1.28.0000 CPLD-2 and in the white it says SERIAL

plz help guys .... donno what to do :(

b4 u say search ... i searched and tried everything and still nothing is happening :(

Have you tried pulling the battery out?

I have the exact same problem. Tried most things in terms of soft/hard reset, removing battery, pressing all buttons at the same time... Did also try some "uni exitbootloader" I found online. Nothing works. Would appreciate some help???

2. then flash from SDcard method.

Hi everyone. Happened(Chanced) the misery!!! At lace trim radio has pressed(hitted) the buttons(knobs;drawing pins) HR, NOT DOZHDAVSHISI REPORTS ON(TO;FOR) COMPLETION(TERMINATION;ENDING;FINISHING) of the LACE TRIM. Now, the beast keeps quiet, is not included(switched on;listed) and does not nor on(upon;in;to;for;at;per;for) what actions. That to do(make)? What(How) enter(usher in) him(it)(him) in(to;at) bootloader? We Ask the help!!!
