My wife's diamond has lost internet connectivity after a hard reset. I have her MSL# and trying to get into the ##DATA# menu - it does not work. I've tried all codes I've found - #786#, ##786, ##768#, #778#, etc - nothing brings up any menus.. I've tried hitting SEND after - still nothing. I also tried on my sprint Touch Pro and can't get into any menus...
What gives? I remember on my Mogul it would just pop right up.. Is there any other way to edit MSL info? Or any 3rd party apps? I've also tried resetting - nothing will let me in...
