No network when idle

Hi..I have touch diamond & I have airtel connection...I have one problem, When my phone is idle for more then 1 or 2 hours I dont receive any calls...when i try calling to my number from different phone it says its switched off...

I have tried many different roms & radios..Still same problem

Currently on energy's latest 6.5 rom with 1.17.25.09 radio & 1.93Olinex..

Please help
