Fujitsu Siemens LOOX 420 ROM or language?

Is it possible to Fujitsu Siemens LOOX 420, which currently has a WM 2003, to install WM 6? If yes, how? My second question if it is impossible to do first, how to change the language from German to English?

don't know about LOOX
but htc devices language is hardcoded in the rom
where wwe == world wide english and german would prob be GER
